X7 OS is the internal operating system of X7 MGMT PVT. LTD. ("the Company"), Pune, Maharashtra, India. Access is granted only to employees, contractors, and authorized partners of the Company. By signing in, you agree to all of the terms below. If you do not agree, do not access the system.

1. Authorized use only

Your account is personal. Do not share your password, session, or device access with anyone, including other employees. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Access may be revoked at any time, with or without notice, at the Company's sole discretion.

2. Strict confidentiality

Everything inside X7 OS is confidential business information of the Company. This includes, without limitation:

Client names, retainers, pricing, contracts, and deal terms
Revenue, salaries, bonuses, financial data, and projections
Content pipelines, trackers, strategies, formats, and schedules
How our systems, tools, automations, and workflows are built and operate
Team data, KPIs, attendance, and internal communications

You must not disclose, show, screenshot, screen-record, copy, or describe any part of X7 OS or its contents to any person outside the Company. This explicitly includes competitors, other agencies, media companies, clients of other verticals, friends, family, and any public or private forum, group chat, or social platform.

3. No disclosure to competitors

Showing, demonstrating, or describing X7 OS, its features, its design, or how the Company's internal systems work to any competitor, rival agency, or any third party building or operating a similar product or service is strictly prohibited. Breach of this clause causes direct commercial harm to the Company and will make you personally legally liable for damages, in addition to immediate termination of access and any employment or contractual consequences.

4. Security and bug reporting

If you find a bug, vulnerability, data leak, or anything that looks broken or insecure, you must report it immediately to management. Do not share it with anyone else first.
Do not exploit, test, probe, or attempt to bypass any security control, permission gate, role restriction, or rate limit, even "just to see".
Do not attempt to access data, pages, or records outside your assigned role.
Do not connect unauthorized tools, scripts, scrapers, or extensions to X7 OS.

5. Data and monitoring

The system logs sign-ins, actions, device information, IP addresses, and location as described in the Privacy Policy. Use of X7 OS constitutes consent to this monitoring. Audit logs may be used in performance, security, and disciplinary reviews.

6. Intellectual property

X7 OS, its design, code, content, data, and all work products created in it belong exclusively to X7 MGMT PVT. LTD. No license or ownership is transferred to you by using the system.

7. Consequences of breach

Violation of these terms may result in immediate revocation of access, disciplinary action up to and including termination, and civil and criminal legal action under applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872. The Company may seek injunctive relief and full recovery of damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
